Availability Privacy Policy

Availability calculates free time using calendars you select. The app does not require an account or operate a developer backend.

Calendar access

Availability requests Full Access to calendars so it can read events. It uses selected calendar identifiers, event times, titles, and locations to calculate availability and explain calculation errors. It does not create, edit, or delete calendar events.

Information stored on your device

Your selected calendar identifiers, working hours, travel preferences, home/start location, and any recipient name or phone number you enter are stored locally in the app’s settings. Availability does not upload these settings to a developer server.

Optional travel calculations

When travel is enabled, Availability sends entered locations and calendar event locations to Apple Maps for place lookup and route estimates. It does not request your device’s current location. Apple’s handling of these requests is governed by Apple’s privacy practices.

Sharing availability

Availability displays generated availability for review. If you choose to message someone, it passes the recipient and availability text to Apple’s Messages composer. Messages are not sent automatically; you decide whether to send them.

Advertising and tracking

Availability contains no advertising, tracking, analytics SDK, or third-party packages. It does not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can change calendar selections, recipient details, working hours, and travel settings in the app. You can turn off travel calculations or revoke calendar access through iPhone Settings.
